I don't know what it is but I have been having the hardest time controlling my food intake the last month or so. This is the key to my weight loss and I've never had this much difficulty in the past but since I've come back from our vacation in Daytona I have not been able to stay below my RDI. Next week we are off to New Orleans and I think it is going to be even more difficult to control my calories there so I may be in some deep trouble. I have thought it could be I am not drinking enough water so I am trying to increase my fluid intake and I'll see if that helps but aside from that I am at a loss. I know it can't be what I am eating. I haven't changed my diet the only other things I can think of is possibly the dreary cold overcast weather that has been sticking with us this year for so long and maybe a lack of vitamin D. Increasing vitamin D so now I will see this week how it goes.
