Today was the first day I've eaten refined sugar since the middle of January! And I wasn't missing anything. It tasted cloying, overly sweet and like chemicals. Healthier eating has changed my taste buds for the better. Was the high carb count worth it? Probably not but now I know I'm truly not missing out on anything and the sweet craving is sated. I'll return to low carb living tomorrow and have my bouillon ready for any blahs that my come as a result of induction.

if I logged my foods today, I probably had over 250 grams of carbs today. I will join you tomorrow for my return to some awesome low carb living.
