I ate burger king last night.It was NOT good,so don't envy me;( I felt like crap afterwards too.No one should eat that stuff.Ever.I am still not back into ketosis but I lost like half a pound overnight.Its too coincidental that I lose every time I cheat.It has to be the extra calories.

I remember trying BK after being on atkins for awhile. I used to love BK, but after 3 months when I ate the burger I was burping up fake smoke taste for hours, it was awful. I'm glad it was awful cause I don't ever want to eat that way again.
