Been constipated for several days. Drinking plenty of water. Not sure why the constipation has come on. Ate plenty of veggies last week. Down 1.5 inches on hips, 1 inch on legs, 1/2 inch on arms, 1/2 on breasts.
227.0 lb Lost so far: 38.0 lb.    Still to go: 62.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
