Some days I wake up more determined than others. Today I am leaving on an overnight trip for a work training all day tomorrow. So my food will be a little iffy. Here's hoping for good control!

I feel like I did pretty well. The frustrating thing was that breakfast was all carbs. I didn't take anything to snack on because last year they had yogurts and eggs, lesson learned. For lunch half of my plate was salad, I had the chicken and a little mashed potatoes. I didn't eat the bread and passed by the veggies that looked cooked in oil. I did enjoy a little cheese cake bite and some other cake like thing for desert, but I am not hungry so will not eat tonight. All in all, I feel like I made pretty good choices when in the past I would not have.
