Still doing well. I am going to record my weight tomorrow and also take some measurements for myself. It will be good. The scale hasn't really showed a change this week, but I am confident that this is working and I am doing the right thing. I just need to stay the course.

I am going painting with Diana and Pam this evening. Pam is driving; but I still won't imbibe. Instead, I will have some water and then paint happy trees. I am also sending off passport applications and getting in touch with Megan's potential college. The SAR clearly indicates that we can't afford the college she wants to attend without some substantial financial aid. I am knocking off a significant amount of "to do" items and that makes be happy and proud.

On tap for the weekend: Dog doo so that Adam and his friends can help with the yard on Sunday. Hauling some stuff to the dump (maybe) and getting things ready to take to Andersons. I need to pick up some stuff from Home Depot to facilitate this. A dolly is on the shopping list as well as some tools. Getting rid of the old, stupid, splintery tools. The trash men will start to hate me.

I also hope to do some packing. That is therapy in and of itself. I will need to consider painting next. It is real. This is happening. And the silver lining is that all of this movement just benefits me. I will be cognizant of my eating and stay focused on good choices.

In just three days, I will have gone three weeks without any processed sugar (unless there have been minute amounts in pre-packaged foods). Next Saturday, I will write my monthly summary.
