Another great day @ booty camp also ran a mile after I got home. (without any stops) Feeling good. Don't like going pee 1-2 times an hour while drinking 8+ glasses of water a day not to forget the two times during the night I wake up to go despite not drinking before bed. Like how tight my muscles are getting missed that feeling. Found a trick to slimming the tummy area...low sodium foods so I don't retain water and bloat as much. Heres to going for the gold. (gold dress that is)
