The scale is a fickle beast and I don't really trust that bitch. I've been watching the scale fluctuating up and down for the last 2 weeks. Yesterday it told me I was 215.8. When I was at the gym last night we decided to check on the doctors type scale and I was 222.

Don't get me wrong, I love seeing that low number I just don't trust it yet. If I average everything out I'm probably around 220.. Which is awesome. That would be a weight loss of 46 pounds since last July. It's the other accomplishments I've achieved that I'm more happy about... Going down a pants size (36 baby), going from xxl shirts to xl, feeling stronger (getting better at all the evil exercises my trainer puts me though).

All and all its the general feeling of happiness I have these days that is the best thing of all.

Good for you. It's all the other things that matter. All scales are calibrated differently. Have you measured yourself with measuring tape,I find that you see a lot more results,it is so much kinder. Congrats on your loss, it seems you are on the right track. Keep up the hard work. I wish you success on your journey.
