Today has been hard. I am waiting on MRI results and going off the steroids. The nerves and the pain make me want to eat. Stress eating has always been one of my downfalls. I didn't go over the calorie count too much, this was my worst day as far as wanting so much more than I ate. I've just got to keep on working on it and try to be honest with my calorie intake, because once I start to not log foods correctly, I will be lost! With God's help I can do this.
