Brunch was nopales and scrambled eggs, beefsteak and potatoes with corn, a fried plantain along with plenty of coffee.
Rode the exercycle 54 minutes, 10.9 miles, burning 400 calories.

I tried nopales for the first time. They were out of a jar but I enjoyed them. Thanks for sharing pics I would have never known to try them.

It is those green cactus pads you see in the produce dept in some supermarkets. Buy the ones already sliced and save time not having to scrape off those needles!
