I have to admit - I just gave up. Like I always do. Relying upon my current troubles as a "comfortable" excuse, I allowed myself to indulge in self-pity and depression and abandoned my effort. I even started smoking again. Well, for the past month or so, I've been beating myself up and not trying at all. I'd like to break this self-defeating pattern. I need help.
