I'm quickly approaching my lowest weight in over 15 years. 265 I am so completely happy with the easy this is going. Moving to phase 2 of c25k tonight.
272.0 lb Lost so far: 53.2 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
