My weight has essentially stayed the same for 3 weeks now...I have been following plan and exercising nearly every day!

Getting a little discouraged, hope to lose at least 20 more lbs. At this rate, it doesn't look possible.

This is when you need to go back to the beginning and re-check what you are doing. Are you getting in your HG's (fruits, veggies, lean protein and dairy)? Are you drinking your water? Are you sure about yuor portion sizes? Are you taking too many BLT's (bites, licks and tastes)? Are you eating too many processed foods? Are you really tracking all your foods the way you are supposed to? Have you retaken the quiz lately? Are you exercising? Are you eating all your daily points every day? Do you measure yourself (sometimes we lose fat and go down sizes, but don't see the scale move)? If you are doing everything right and still don't see movement in inches or scale, then you need to change things up. Change up what you are doing for exercise. Upping intenisty in workouts can burn off a lot more calories and fat then just doing what you normally do. Up your protein! Eat 5 or 6 smaller meals instead of 3 big ones. Watch the processed foods (lots of sodium). Good luck!

You know if you look at my chart you will see that I stayed at the same weights for 3 weeks sometimes. It is discouraging but just keep with it. You will see. It will happen. Good Luck

Wow - thanks so much for the support! I DID measure & I have lost a lot in inches which was encouraging.
