Tired. Tired through and through. Stayed up late cooking 9 pounds of bacon; got up early (3 AM) and cooked 9 pounds of sausage and 3 dozen eggs. All for the fundraising breakfast for Relay for Life.
Proud of myself, though. Kept everything in check. No snacking. No sampling. I even passed on the breakfast itself to avoid the pancakes, pancake syrup, and other things I really shouldn't have.
The scale was not as kind to me today (+ 3 lbs.) but is probably more indicitive of reality. I can believe that I actually lost 4 pounds in the past two weeks - not seven - and whatever it may be, it is a whole lot better than I was.
No gym today - I surpassed my 10K steps before lunch. I plan to continue on the path toward health and fitness until the path hits a brick well. Can't type for shit today, so I am giving up and pressing the save button!!
