Good morning everyone! Today is the big day. I'm going to see my mom and brother for the first time since August. I'm excited and looking forward to their visit. We'll be traveling from Phoenix to Pasadena, CA to visit my nephew, his wife and their new baby so that means eating out a lot and not much of a chance to get out and walk. I know I can watch what I eat so if I gain, I'll accept it and move on next week.
