I made it to the gym again. Three days in a row. In addition to the eliptical, I've been doing some arm and shoulder exercises.

Diet Calendar Entries for 13 November 2009:

Good for u girl. 3 days in a row is definitely a killer :))) Today will make it 4 days this week for me. I'm proud of both of us! :-)
