I read the gist of this comment twice this week: Are you interested in getting healthy or are you committed to being healthy?

When I look at a recent post I made "I'm on fire for a little while, but then I fizzle out, why is that?" Now I understand a little bit better, I have only been interested in being healthy and not committed.

So I've been asking myself, what will make me committed to being healthy? I haven't come up with an answer yet. Anyone have any suggestions? For those of you that have found success in your weight loss journey, how have you found the commitment to be healthy? What are some of the steps you've taken to being committed? Thanks for sharing in advance.
