My goals for the next 5 weeks.

1)Work out 5 out of 7 days. (30 - 50 minutes)

2)Not eating the food at my workplace (Pizza Hut, calorie dense carb loaded)

3)Face the scale at some point and record it.

4)Buy a comfortable pair of pants for vacation, 2 tops and a jacket.

5)Eat mindfully
