On Sunday, had several chocolates (as its Easter), a hot cross bun, and then courgette and spinach soup for lunch. Followed by ryvita cottage cheese and a slice of smoked salmon for an afternoon snack (as I was feeling really weak after walking to Ferry road and back) then a bit more soup, followed by crudites, nuts, and pineapple. So this morning imagine my surprise when I woke up and found out I'd lost. This Louise Parker diet does not seem to work.
144.4 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 23.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
