I decided to come back to my FatSecret acct. It's been a month and I managed to lose a couple of pounds but gain them back (GRRRR!!!) so I want to take one step at a time...and I guess this will really help my perseverance and endurance.
I came back to my good habits it was actually just one week that everything went out of control. I know it´s challenging...but not impossible.
