I am consuming very low calorie intake each day...it's amazing. I've had 400+ calories today and I'm not even hungry. I started my weight lost journey at 146 pds. and the scale says I've lost a pound. It's not coming off quick enough....sigh But I'm keeping my head up :) I'm just proud I've made a life change and I'm sticking to it!!! Yay!
