Doing ok at the moment, thanks for asking. I am going to bed much earlier so just falling behind in everything. Working on eating is so much easier when you preplan and prepare ahead. Your posts are so inspiring and make me get going some days lol. We are of a similiar size and age, although you blew by me weightwise over the winter. I'll catch you this summer!

OK, 51 and 7 inches taller so we probably are about the same size, though you are 15ish lbs lighter. Your bodyfat is better than mine though, I creeped back up to almost 30% again, according to ms. Tanita. I want to do more weight lifting but its physically uncomfortable sometimes, especially when the lupus is flaring.
