Day 1 of the challenge to myself. I am going to try to get my eating and exercising back in line. Packed my lunch today, so that will be good (no chips or snacking while at home) and I got in my workout this morning. So far so good. I'm going to try to keep this up all week and hope that in a couple of weeks it'll be second nature and I'll be back to where I was in July. In July, I was eating better and exercising every day. I did it then and I can do it again. Here's to renewing confidence in myself!!
