Yesterday went well. I ate well and recorded everything. Went to the gym - another bonus for me on that, too. Slightly sore given that it has been nearly three weeks since I did anything fitness driven.
Read a very candid narrative and printed it out. I think I will make it my mantra. It is about being worthy. I am worthy of feeling better. I am worthy of fitting into clothes that I like. I am worthy of not being afraid to bend down and stand back up.
Maybe I need to go Fulla Bella on this. She wrote down everything that was affected by her weight gain. Perhaps I need to do that as well. It helps in ways the scale does not. Speaking of scale. Down a pound. I didn't record it as it a temporary loss.
