Hi everyone it's been hard for me latey to get on here bacuase my daugher never gets off. But to let ya'll know i'm still here and ok. I'm not really off my diet but I haven't been totaly as on it either. But i've been bloated for the last few days so I crave sweets but I haven't gone as crazy as I normally do. I haven't lost but I haven't gained either so that's good. My food log isn't filled in very good because I can't remember every thing I eat.
