Frustrating for sure, but just keep doing what you know is right and your body will follow eventually.

Trust me I've been there I wish I could tell you that standing on the scale with all science and that 3500 calories equals 1 pound but all of that is really kind of in the Wind if you're doing the right thing stick to it I just came off a 3-week plateau 2 dropping almost 5 pounds in 2 days you just have to believe that what you're doing is right and stick to it the body has a way of trying to protect itself even when we both know it really doesn't need protecting you're trying to get it to a healthier state

Thanks guys. I appreciate that. It's hard not to start changing things to try and Fix things, but I will stay the course for a few days and see what happens

so many reasons why the scale could be up! try googling "why the scale lies." best thing to do is go by how your clothes fit, or your measurements. if you don't measure yet, start. it's a much better indication of your weight loss! hang ini there, you'll get rid of those pesky 1.8 lbs in no time!
