Had "real" food yesterday with a friend - she brought bratwurst and potato salad and dare I say it - oreos!! (mostly because I'm broke and my frig is a holding cell for condiments right now)... so I "indulged" but didn't overeat. It was super-yummy and I stayed within my limits. Yay!
