100goodbye's Journal, 17 March 2016

Yesterday was the last day of taking "the drops". Now I'm three days without them. I weighed in today at 183, let's hope I can make it closer to 178.5 by the time I start round two. That will be my half way point on the way to my intermediate goal of 145. That is what I hope to weigh before I go on vacation. My ultimate goal is 120, that will not be achieved until this summer. I'm so pleased I've come this far. I'm fitting in pants I haven't worn for years. In fact I don't think I've been this low since i was pregnant.
