just looking at my food intake I can already access that I need to lower my carb intake if I am going to reach my goals. One day at a time.

Diet Calendar Entry for 23 September 2011:
2155 kcal Fat: 91.21g | Prot: 105.63g | Carb: 236.20g.   Breakfast: salada green tea, sweet orange rolls, egg, eggs, Naturally Hickory Smoked Bacon. Lunch: Peanut M&M's (Fun Size), diet sunkist, apple juice, Multi-Grain Club Crackers, tuna salad. Dinner: diet 7up, mini corn on the cob, brocolli, chicken drumstick, Fried Chicken Thigh No Coating (Skin Eaten). Snacks/Other: weight watchers giant cookies and cream, tootie fruities, milk. more...
