Feel really good about today! I did more today than Ive done in the 8 days Ive done so far. I really thought Id slack off today, just because it's Monday, But no not me. I did the stairs (5 flights), the 1 mile video and 1/2 of the 2 mile video, and walked 30 min when I got off. I have a confession, I weighed myself again today which I swore I wouldn't do. I weigh 285.5. I put the scale up. out of site out of mind. I only want to weigh in on Sundays, once a week. scared to have low #s... don't want to give up!1 week down 27 weeks to go. I'd like to lose at least 60 pounds by 05/28/2010, but I"d really like to be under 200 by that date. that would be 86 pounds in 7 months.. I know it can be done. that's like 12 to 13 lbs a month. Like 3 ro 4 lbs a week. Wish me luck:)

Hi Carline! That's a great goal weight loss! I've got it planned out myself for 50 lbs in about the same amount of time (by next May). You just always have to remember that it gets tougher the closer you get. You can easily sustain 2-4 lbs per week as long as you're dedicated to eating right & exercising right! Keep up the good work! Just remember - you are worth it! (I have to tell myself that everyday - I'm worth more than that ice cream, I'm worth more than that chocolate bar, I'm worth more than sitting around not exercising & watching tv :)] Ok, off my soapbox, good to meet you :)

Sounds like you are really moving and grooving! Keep it up and you will reach your goal weight.
