Hello Fellow FSers!
Has anyone else on the site tried forskolin? I've heard a great deal about it, so thought I'd give it a try. I'm only able to do limited exercise due to recent abdominal surgery and a hip replacement a few years ago. I just started taking it two days ago, so don't really feel anything yet. I did order from a reputable company and made sure it was 250mg of 20% forskolin. They also do offer a guarantee, so if I'm disappointed, well, it wouldn't be the first time. I was just wondering if anyone else has had any experience, good or bad. Wondering if it might have a diuretic or if it's a natural part of the supplement's inherent properties, because I can't seem to tinkle enough for the last 48 hours...lol
