Had an awesome weekend! Gained 2 lbs and now lost 1 lbs... lol... had a few drinks on Friday... it was awesome and I do not regret! I only live once! I have been very consistent at attending the gym at least 5 times a week, awesome, I don't see it anymore as a must but as fun and activity!

I might stay home today after work and sleep it off, but I am not sure yet if that will work or will I be too energized and pumped ready for gym.

This is awesome, I need to attend gym or I feel totally weird... I love this feeling!

Have a happy Monday everyone... I mean it! Every day can be good if we make something good out of it!! ;)

exercise is addictive, usually the hardest part is getting to exercise! have a great monday too!

It is... I also have a girlfriend who joined and she is extremely positive about it and she wants to go every day so I guess that motivates us and we motivate her and it's a nice circle, there is always someone who is up for it and motivates the other 2!! Awesome. Take care Anne!

It is great when you get to that level of needing exercise. And it is definitely addictive. It releases chemicals in our brain--same as would be released with any other addictive anything. Hence the phrase "runner's high." Of course, though, this addiction is usually pretty healthy. Great attitude about the drinks.
