Feels good to be running again, did a few miles without dying too bad. Upped my yoga practise a bit too, I had gotten lazy and rushed. I may revisit my half marathon goal again this year if I stay well enough. For those that gave me some very good advice last week about my discomfort about eating in restaurants too frequently, we had a good long talk earlier in the week. Haven't heard a peep since. Oh well, for the best I am sure.

The new relationship part fizzled, I am not sure I am ready for that anyway really, but I am feeling tons better. The change in weather is helping as well as a new medication regimen. It is very hard when you have a chronic illness but it's certainly doable if you advocate for your self and do what you can when you can. Thanks all!
