Well, scales didn't move, but I didn't think they would. Pain level is still up there but I spent the day doing chores and shopping. Dinner was very unorthodox, I call it, "clean out the fridge." Little bits of a lot of different things. Probably not the most healthful way to eat, but will try to do better over the weekend. Have a great night and God bless!
