Here was last night's dinner.

Breakfast this morning was a couple servings of steelcut oatmeal with honey and raisins. Washed down with coffee and milk.

Rode bike 40:32, for 8.17 miles burning 300 calories.

All fast food rest of the day.

Lunch was a small Wendy's chili along with a fried apple pie and coffee from McD's.

Dinner was a Del Taco bean and cheese cup with 3 slices of avocado added as well as a grilled chickentaco.

Bedtime snack was a big spoon of peanut butter washed down with a cup of milk.
