Good Thursday morning everyone. At the gym today and I tried a new (for me) piece of equipment. I work out at Planet Fitness and I tried the ARC trainer today. OMG. I never knew I could sweat that much. Wow. When I first started at PF I tried it once, for 5 minutes, never really gave it a shot. Had a friend tell me to really do it. It works different muscles. Gets good results he said. Well, I am a believer now. So, now once I get done with this C25K app on my phone (I run on the elliptical because I am not allowed to run any other way) I will be able to work on 3 to 4 different cardio machines a week. I like being able to switch things up. Hope you all have a great day.

I use the C25K app too- I think it's great!

Yea, I would love to be able to actually run. But my foot doctor said no can do. No matter how much weight I lose. So, I do the next best thing. No impact elliptical.

I like the idea of the elliptical. In fact, you really could use the app on any cardio equipment as a way to time intervals. Thanks for the idea!!
