I am working with a counselor to learn mindfulness. I am using an app called CALM to practice it.
Mindfulness helped stop a binge this morning. Mindfulness is hard to learn! It is like learning a new exercise for your brain.
It is only Day 3 and I haven't stabbed anyone with a celery stick yet. :)
I need to up my protein. I just haven't been in the mood to cook meat.
