It's only Wednesday and it has been a very busy week so far. Averaging 5 hours of sleep or less. Staying the course on my life style change has been going good. My inspiration are my kids and the fact that I can't wear most of my pans without a belt! :D I haven't been at this weight in 3 years! WooHoo!!!!!
