I forgot this- if you put chocolate in your fridge and then just smell the chocolate it works as well as eating it. As I said I'd forgotten all about it until just now- I'll be having a go at that seeing that I have lots of Easter eggs in my house now x

That's a cool idea! What I know about myself is that if I stick to dark chocolate, one ounce, only one ounce! is more than enough. But if it's milk chocolate, because the sugar and fat content is higher, there's no such thing as too much. So those giant chocolate bars will NOT be mine!

Yea!! Now it's just a matter of time to be the size you desire! You've already done the hardest part of changing your eating habits and as long as you stick to the routine those pounds and inches will leave... and the end result will leave you looking fabulous :D
