Scales are going nowhere....But today is a very busy day, so maybe something will happen. Trying to stay away from so much fat. Seems to be a trouble area. That and sodium. Have a blessed day, guys!

Getting older slows things way down for me. (57) I was weight watchers for years and kept losing the same pounds over and over. My nephew introduced me to LCHF (low carb high fat) and it's been a life saver for me. 35 pounds since August. IBS has resolved, candida has cleared up 100%. After much much research I have decided this will be a way of life for me.

I know I cannot limit my intake too much, but also know that with my medications slowing down my metabolism I need to watch things. I try not to go overboard with the carbs, but I do enjoy my homemade bread. I'm not really trying to limit the fat to excess. Because of heart issues, I need to limit it somewhat. Thanks for all the suggestions. We all have to find out what is best for us. Have a blessed night!
