c25k w4d1 I did it! :) I can run 5 minutes without stopping. twice even. well, jog really, but I did it. nice foggy morning. Only set back was the stupid phone ran out of batteries between 3rd and 4th run intervals, so I had to time the last run on my watch. oh well.
