KB Cutie's Journal, 07 March 2016

Well after two weeks of being sick with sinus stuff I am happy to report I was back in the gym today! Elliptical 30 minutes, treadmill 20, strength training 10. I'm feeling inspired by members on FS...great testimonies that are REAL. You don't have to be perfect and it's okay to break away sometimes. Even better to let it go and get back on track!

the only thing that keeps me out of the gym is death itself, for me anything thing else is just an excuse

We can only do what we can, and if we push too hard, we will only set ourselves back....I just wish I could break away from sugar addiction,lol !!!

Good for you getting back to the gym, so hard after being away for awhile, but I'm always surprised at how much better I feel when I finish my work out.
