4 weeks resulted in 13 pound loss, my realistic goal is 10 pounds a month, but would love more. I am at the point where I have been working on this for a month, I am anxious to start seeing results in clothes...my mom reminded me that this is time where she would normally go off the plan and resume old habits, so I can only say that today I am working on meeting my goal weight...We have a road trip plan in 2 weeks, which we discussed how to stay on plan while out of town...However, I am not going to focus on that today, but focus on what choices I make today....this is like being an addict take it one day and one choice at a time...this weekend I did long for chocolate bunny ears, and all kinds of Easter candy and went as far as going to Walmart and looking and then I reminded myself this is the reason...so I was able to walk away without buying We will have a big family Easter dinner, which I will prepare and I have to make around 16 Easter baskets for the kiddos...so it is going to be hard to stay on track...
