4 weeks resulted in 13 pound loss, my realistic goal is 10 pounds a month, but would love more. I am at the point where I have been working on this for a month, I am anxious to start seeing results in clothes...my mom reminded me that this is time where she would normally go off the plan and resume old habits, so I can only say that today I am working on meeting my goal weight...We have a road trip plan in 2 weeks, which we discussed how to stay on plan while out of town...However, I am not going to focus on that today, but focus on what choices I make today....this is like being an addict take it one day and one choice at a time...this weekend I did long for chocolate bunny ears, and all kinds of Easter candy and went as far as going to Walmart and looking and then I reminded myself this is the reason...so I was able to walk away without buying We will have a big family Easter dinner, which I will prepare and I have to make around 16 Easter baskets for the kiddos...so it is going to be hard to stay on track...

Congratulations on both accomplishments - the 13 lb loss and not buying the bunny ears.

You are doing amazingly well! I commend you for resisting the call of bunny ears... they are soooo tempting! Each day, Each decision that sounds like a good plan - focus on the smaller stuff and the big stuff will work itself out!

Get yourself one Easter treat (only if you can stick to one and not relapse). This month 10 pounds and another 10 next month will make all the sacrifice worth it.
