Watching my sugar intake is keeping my blood sugar levels low and I've been able to reduce my insulin. The weight loss seems to accelerate this. I don't know if it's the cause or the effect but I'm still liking it!
271.4 lb Lost so far: 24.6 lb.    Still to go: 76.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week
