Finally Friday! This week was very hectic, work, gym, being sick...etc... I am not sure if I will go to gym tonight, I went 3 days in a row and am pretty tired and sore on top of being sick for a week, but I am recovering and I feel much better today. Burned 425 kcal on cardio yesterday, that was quite a good cardio!
The weight is good, the food is ok, no junk or bad stuff so far... under control... all is fine.
