I haven't been exercising at all, which is disappointing. The elliptical machine is right there in a spare room. I just need to carve out the time. But usually, when I find the time, I don't have the energy. It's an ongoing battle with my schedule.
I've been eating okay. I lost half a pound this past week, which is great considering I haven't followed my diet to a T. If only I could exercise more, I'm sure the pounds would shed off.

Breakfast corn muffin + butter cup of coffee
Lunch cheeseburger + fries (at a restaurant; very big portion)
Dinner none. Had a very sick stomach from lunch and had a cup of tea and some dry Cheerios.
