Finally back home, a winner.
Today I had a big Carls Jr breakfast followed by a buffet lunch.
Once home I did the weigh in after that 45 minutes on the exercycle, 8.57 miles burning 314 calories.
Very interested in the morning weighin.
My girlfriend is out of ttown till Saturday so no home cooking.
