I have never worked out so hard in my life!
Last night I did stadiums and ran up and down stairs. It was a lot of fun. The workout lasted for 1 hour and 30 mins. My buns hurt, my calves hurt, my back hurts and it feels so darn good. :D However, I am so exhausted that I was awaked twice by the sound of my own snoring! LOL
I am pound to say that I made it through and that being a warrior takes skill and endurance...I AM A WARRIOR! Each rest in between runs I reminded myself of my future children. Oh how I can not wait to meet them! So this if for you my little darlings; momma is fighting for you!!!!
