March 1 Stupor Tuesdy Best day yet for my macro goals. 80-10-10 Calories were under by 250, too! Mybe I should lower my RDI for calories? Nutrition was awesome, too. Big beautiful tasty salad for dinner. Good chard soup made w/ Bone broth. Crud news tho, had 2 massive nosebleeds. Early in am. So going to Oakland & possibly sailing was out of the question.
