I'm currently weighing 160 lbs as of 2day. My goal is 2 loss an avg of 5 lbs every month.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

you can do better than that, i lose on average 2lb per week

I think a loss of 5 pounds per month is a great goal to shoot for. That's the goal I set for myself only because I *can* lose more but then I personally feel extra guilty if I indulge at a restaurant and don't reach my 2 pounds lost per week. It ultimately comes down to what feels good to you. :)
